Class 3

Welcome to Year 3. The children have settled in well and they are enjoying this term's geography-based theme 'Journey round the world'. During the term, the children will learn about different continents and countries of the world, comparing their physical and human features. They will also learn about maps and how to read them. The children are enjoying the book: 'The boy who biked the world' by Alastair Humphreys. This is a fictionalised story based on the author's real-life bike ride the world and fits in well with our theme.
