Class Two had an absolutely fantastic visit to Copsegrove Farm!! We spent the day in the woods, looking at geographical features and plants, as well as engaging in a whole variety of wonderful, inspiring activities! These included setting and then following treasure trails, cooking marshmallows and wraps by the fire, den building and one of the most favourite activities – making ‘tree trolls’ (faces made out of clay that the children pasted onto tree trunks!).
The children were all brilliant and all got fully and enthusiastically involved in every activity! It was fantastic to see how much they were enjoying their learning in a different, outdoor environment. A big thank you to all our adult helpers too, who also got fully involved in the day, especially with the den building, as well as getting messy making tree trolls!
Check out our photos below for lots of images of the children having a great time!
