Well, our busy term has continued with lots of exciting learning and activities going on! The children have found out lots of information about animals, compared features and life in the UK and Africa, and are creating some lovely pieces of art! The children enjoyed a walk around Bussage to explore the different physical and human features, which they then compared to a village in Kenya.
We had great fun at our inter schools sports afternoon where the children competed in games and activities with pupils from several other schools, and despite the extreme heat, they all had a brilliant time!
We also had a fantastic time at the Mosque and Gloucester Cathedral this week where the children learnt lots about the religions of Islam and Christianity, how they worship and live their lives, as well as of course exploring the impressive buildings themselves!
We finished our week this week with a fantastic class assembly where the children all performed amazingly well, showing off to parents, friends and the school all the things we have been learning about! Well done, Class Two!
