Mrs Follis from STEMWORKS visited our Year 6 class to run a full day Lego control workshop. Class 6 had a fantastic time building then programming Lego robots with a series of algorithms in order for the robots to complete a range of tricky tasks. Here they are at work!

 

Throughout the day the children were given scores against the challenges they were set, at the end of the day those scores were added up to see which team had met the success criteria with the highest degree of accuracy – here are the winning team who have won the opportunity to visit a local engineering firm later in the school year. Well done team 5!
